About Merge Guard

A merge-to-upgrade tower defense. Spend mana to summon random crystal guardian-golems onto a rune-grid, then DRAG two of the same level together to MERGE them into one stronger guardian. They auto-fire at creeps marching the path toward your Rune Core. Waves never stop — they grow more numerous, faster and tougher forever. Bank Essence into the Rune Forge for permanent upgrades, then survive deeper next run.

How to play

Tap Summon (or press S / Space) to drop a Lv1 golem on a random grid slot — it auto-targets and fires at creeps. Drag one golem onto ANOTHER of the SAME level to merge them into the next level (up to Lv6); drop on an empty cell to just move it. Each creep that reaches your Rune Core costs lives — lose all your lives and it's over. Clear a wave to face a harder one, endlessly. Save a banked Rune Bomb (B / F) to clear the path in a pinch. Spend Essence in the Rune Forge on permanent upgrades.
