À propos Spore Drift

Spore Drift is a free, offline-friendly drifting game about reading the wind. You are a seedhead riding thermals above a valley canopy, and you never touch anything directly. The wind is drawn on screen as moving ribbons; you pull back, an arc of predicted drift unrolls along the current, and you let go. A spore cloud leaves you and the wind carries it for a second or two, bending it on the way, until it settles - and where it lands densely enough, a host bloom opens in your colour and starts yielding. Every cast is a lead-the-target prediction against a current that shifts on a named schedule, so the skill is patience and reading, not reflexes. Vitality is a budget rather than a life: blight thins you and you recover, and a run ends when you decide to stop or when the valley finally outpaces you. Colonised hosts push your rank up a named tier ladder, from the low canopy to the sky canopy above it.

Comment jouer

Press and hold anywhere to draw back a cast - an arc appears showing where the wind will actually carry your spore cloud, not where you are pointing. Adjust the angle and the power, then release. The cloud takes about one to two seconds to arrive and the wind keeps bending it the whole way, so aim at where the current will be, not where the host is now. Land enough density on an unclaimed host and it blooms in your colour and starts yielding. Watch the ribbons for the season change - the current shifts on a schedule and a cast that was perfect a moment ago will miss after it turns. Blight rain thins your vitality; it is a budget you spend, not a single life. Three clean colonisations in a row arm a Dormant Bloom, which catches you once when vitality would run out.
