Hive Claim is a free, offline-friendly territory game played on a lattice of hex combs joined by flight lanes. Every comb carries a number - the bees garrisoned inside it, ticking upward as it fills. Drag from a comb you hold to one next door and half your bees leave as a visible ribbon travelling that lane. When they arrive two numbers meet: if yours is larger the comb turns your colour with the difference left inside it, and if it is not the defender keeps the difference and your bees are gone. Rival hives are doing exactly the same thing on the same lanes, and crucially every ribbon in the air is drawn on screen with its number readable before it lands - so this is a game of reading and timing, not of hidden information or twitch. Losing the Queen Comb costs a seal rather than the run, so a bad push is a setback you play through. Named blooms escalate the field on a schedule, with a deliberate relief bloom after every couple of them.

Compare numbers before you commit: send more bees than the target holds and it becomes yours with the difference left garrisoned; send fewer and you lose them and leave the defender stronger. Combs refill on their own over time, so holding a comb for a beat before pushing is a real option. Watch the rival ribbons already in the air - their numbers are visible too, so you can see a counter-attack coming and reinforce instead of pushing. Losing the Queen Comb costs one seal, not the run.
